Murals My specialty is farm or equine related murals but I am also to paint in a wide variety of subject matter. Pricing for murals depend on several factors such as the surface in which the mural is to be painted, whether indoors or outdoors and the complexity of the subjects. Pricing would range from 15.00 per sq. ft on up for more complex murals. $20-25.00 per square foot would be an average range. Commissioned Portraits or Art work
I am available to make custom pieces of art for your home or as a keepsake. I work in a variety of different art mediums from watercolor, pastels, graphite, pen and ink, colored pencil, acrylics, oil and mixed media. The different art mediums achieve different looks and effects. I would be glad to suggest what meduim would work for the artwork you have in mind. All art work is with professional quality, archival materials and with proper care will last a lifetime or more. I can work from clear photo(s) to create portraits of either animals or people. I am available to photograph your horse or pet upon request with some travel restrictions.
Prices vary depending on complexity of the composition, number of subjects and background but as a general guide:

A deposit of $50.00 is needed to be put on my schedule. I will work with you as we design a composition together from photos. I take pride in the fact that I work to capture the essense of the subject so a written description of personailty attributes and memorable stories are helpful as well. Once a design is determined and I begin work, 'work in progress' photos are available if desired. This can either be on my blog or privately thru e-mail. Once a work is completed you will have final approval by e-mail and payment in full is due at this time before the item is shipped. The work will be shipped at the buyers expense with me paying for shipping insurance. The time frame in which a piece is done depends on my schedule, the complexity and mediums being used on your art and the number of subjects in the piece.
